The project in the video was adjusted to make a player vs computer mode.  

Made in Java. The game has a 2 player mode (on one screen) and a player vs computer mode. This game was made for for kids in my life so the difficulty on the AI is very beginner friendly and not very advanced.

Basic Chess-1.0.msi 53 MB

Install instructions

Download the basic chess installer.

Run the installer and the game will appear in program files under 'Basic Chess'. 

Select the folder and select the 'Basic Chess' exe.
